Les Mis chapter 4 book 2

 On chapter 4 of les mis I really didnt undertsand this chapter. What I understood is the convict did not pay any attention in the table. He ate like if he was really starving.

In the book they described him as a 46 or 48 year old man with a burned and tan face and with a shave head and long beard. On chapater 2 I read that The reson the bishop is lets anyone in the house is because he has faith. He has faith and says that whatever happens it happens for a reason. They were saying that the house is not safe at all and were saying that they would tell the locksmith to replace the ancient locks.

Les Mis Ch #5

 On chapter 5 of Les Mis the Bishop shows that he is like a kind and a helpful person. He would sleep little then meditated for an hour then he said his mass. He would give his time with the necessitous, the sick and the afflicted. After he was done being with them he would devoted to work at his garden or he read or wrote. He would take a stroll in the country or town towards midday. This chapter basically talks about what he does in a day.
